Blog Hop Time Again!

We've got a brand new circle of ladies to check out this month. And the challenge was stamping on a LO. I didn't have time to create anything new, but I'm pretty sure I've never posted these to my blog before.

Here are some recipe swaps I did from AGES ago, but I liked the first one since Halloween is right around the corner!

And this is a really yummy fruit salsa recipe I found. My kids could eat the entire thing in one sitting!

Blog Hop Challenge!

New Layouts!!!

I joined a challenge on a scrapbook board I belong to - it was 5 weeks worth of challenges and it really made me think. I love the layouts that I did as a result. Here they all are:

Blog Hop!!

This time our blog hop challenge was to create a LO or card using either "remember" or "time" somewhere on your project. Well, SHOCKER, I didn't have time to create a LO just for this, so I improvised.

This LO definitely shows "time" and it's one of my favorites that I have done for my little girl who is now 6!

It's really a 6 page LO - I bought one of the page protectors that opens up into a 4 page spread...this is the "cover" that flips open in the center to reveal the 4 pages you see below. (I'm sure I've confused you now!)

If I'm not scrapping, I may as well use my supplies!

I haven't been scrapping pages too much these days so when I get a chance to use my supplies, I jump at it.

My girls decided to stick their finger in a tiny hole in our screen and make it huge. We found 2 huge wasps in the house that day, and didn't have any screen patch in the house, so I grabbed a scrap piece of paper from an etsy order I was working on and fixed it up. And I'm supporting breast cancer too!

That same morning, my daughter really wanted to wear this outfit, but it was a little too big on her, making it a little low-cut in the front. I grabbed some scrapbooking ribbon on the way out to the bus and fixed her up too! Her hair really covered it anyway.

Mother's Day Blog Hop!!!

Time for the May blog hop! This month, it's Mother's Day themed. Ok, so I had posted these a few days ago - I had forgotten to save them for today...but aren't they really cute! I love how they turned out.

Earth Day

In honor of Earth Day this month, my blog jump ladies and I are posting layouts with something recycled in them. And, surprise, surprise, I didn't have time to create a new layout for this. Here's my 2nd entry for the scrap idol contest - a little late posting it, since I got voted off in week 2, and they are on week 6 now! Oh well. I liked my LO but wasn't thrilled with the painting in the background. But I loved being part of the contest b/c it made me scrap each week!
